Instructions and guidelines on how to submit your coins and acceptance to our Terms & Conditions for grading services:

• Place raw coins up to 40.6 mm diameter in 50mm x 50mmfully transparent two sided plastic flips. We recommend those made by Lindner: https://www.lindner-original.de/en/coin-supplies/coin-supply-accessories/cases-and-sleeves/doppel-muenz-huelle-aus-pvc-folie-zum-zusammenfalten-95-x-48-mm-100er-packung/a-1111129985 , please contact us should you need us to supply you with some, fees apply! Use larger flips for larger coins/medals. Coins should insert easily into a flip. Placing a coin in a flip that is too small may result in damage to the coin. Remove all plastic sleeves or any other packaging before placing a coin in a flip. Do not use paper/plastic flips which are stapled.

• Place only one coin in a flip and fold the other half of the flip over. Do not cut, tape, staple or glue flips as they can damage the coins, failing to this may result in an extra $5/coin charge for re-packing.

• Coins may be submitted in plastic capsules instead of flips. Do not place a capsule in a flip, flips or capsules need to be numbered with a permanent marker, eg. If you have 20 coins, they need to be numbered from 1 to 20, (1, 2, 3…) preferably in alphabetic or your preferred order, eg. 1. Australia, 2. Belgium, 3. Canada… and so on. If you wish you may include a note in the opposite side of the flip with extra description, such as variety or other info which is important for grading!

• You may include up to 50 coins/submission tier, eg. 50 coins for a Economy tier, or 50 coins for a Standard tier. Do not mix different tiers in one submission form. If you have more than 50 coins for the same tier, use multiple submission forms as needed, eg. 300 coins in Economy requires 6 submissions.

• Verify that your coins meet the value and type requirements for the selected tier. Any discrepancies may result in the delay of your submission. If coins are submitted for tiers or services for which they do not qualify, NGC will correct the order and charge any additional conservation, grading or services fees that may apply and we will have to send you an additional invoice!

• Do not mix raw and holdered coins on one submission form, also US/World coins cannot be mixed.

• Oversized coins (larger than 45 mm in diameter or 9 mm in thickness), GSA hard case, GSA soft pack and holdered coins must be on separate submission forms. Do not mix these on a submission form with other coins.

• Package your coins in the order that they are listed on the submission form and then place them in a zip lock bag or something similar which can be easily opened by us!

• After you have numbered and packed your coins/medals, you need to fill in the submission form on the next page, please verify that the entered data is correct. The easiest is to write each coin in the following format: eg. 1. Albania, 1926, R, 5F, or 5 Franga, 2. France, 1852, A, 5F or 5 Francs, (alphabetical and chronological order). When you have finalized the submission, please click the submit button - a copy of the form will be emailed to us and a copy to you. You need to print this form and include it along your submission, each form needs to be added to the correct submission if you should have multiple submissions/tiers.

• Delivery of the items to Pegasus Auctions AB can be done in person or via Post/Courier Service. After we receive your items, we will double check the number of items on the submission form and you will receive a receipt. For personal delivery of items, kindly contact us for an appointment. For courier delivery we will send you instructions after we have received your submission!

• For Coins/Medals with various problems such as PVC or residue from albums, we might contact you for further add-on services, such as NCS conservation. This is not mandatory but a suggestion to improve your coin and is for you to accept or not! Damaged coins/medals which we consider not worthy of grading, we will also contact you with suggestions, of course the final decision will be yours!

Add-on services, please see below explanations:

• ReGrade: If you believe that the grade of an NGC-certified coin should be higher, you may submit the coin under the ReGrade service to be reviewed for a higher grade. The coin must still be sealed in its NGC holder. Coins are graded according to NGC’s grading standards, and a higher grade is not guaranteed. However, the original NGC grade at the time of submission is covered by the NGC Guarantee. Choose a grading tier according to the coin’s value anddesired turnaround time. The grading fee still applies even if a higher grade is not received. Coins submitted for ReGrade will be removed from their NGC holder by NGC staff and encapsulated with a new NGC holder, label and certification number even if the grade doesn’t change.

• CrossOver: Review of PCGS-holdered coins for NGC certification. Coins will be removed from their holders and encapsulated by NGC only if NGC determines that the coins will receive an NGC grade that is the same grade or higher than the grade assigned by PCGS. If you would like your PCGS-holdered coin certified by NGC even if NGC determines that it will receive a lower numeric grade, specify ANY in the CrossOver Minimum Grade column of the NGC Submission Form. If you would like your PCGS-holdered coin certified by NGC even if NGC determines that it will receive an NGC Details grade (or a lower numeric grade), specify DETAILS in the CrossOver Minimum Grade column of the NGC Submission Form. You may not request a minimum grade that is higher than the grade that is on the PCGS holder. Coins holdered by other grading services are not eligible for CrossOver and must be removed from their holders and submitted raw (not holdered), or they may be submitted in their

holders if they are accompanied by NGC’s Consent to Remove Coin(s) from Holder(s) Form.

• Minimum grade is not required. In most cases, it applies to CrossOver submissions only. Specifying a minimum grade may prevent your coins from being encapsulated.

• Other add-on services, such as Early Releases, Special Label, VarietyPlus, Mint Error, Re-holder, NGC Oversized Holder, NGC Thick holder, NGC Mega holder, Pedigree, NGC Imaging are all extra services which are mentioned in the price list on the previous page, these prices are pr/coin and if you wish such services, you need to indicate this in the submission form on the next page!

• Fragile Coins Note

Certain collectibles may be more susceptible to damage due to the state in which they are provided by the submitter to NGC (for example, collectibles that are enameled, colorized, painted, jeweled, or have holograms or other specialty applications; collectibles that are extremely thin; collectibles that are extremely fragile or brittle (including many collectibles struck prior to 1700); and collectibles that exhibit “bronze disease”). NGC will use reasonable care with respect to collectibles submitted to it for services. However, NGC will only be responsible for damage or loss to a collectible in the event NGC determines that such damage or loss was due to NGC’s negligence while the collectible was in its

possession, in which case the submitter’s sole remedy will be compensation based upon NGC’s good faith determination of the fair market value of the collectible, in light of what NGC believes to be reliable current market information. Pegasus Auctions AB will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transport from our facilities to NGC and back.
