Instructions and guidelines how to submit your notes and acceptance to our Terms & Conditions for grading services:

• Place raw notes into non-PVC plastic sleeves. Use larger sleeves for larger notes. Notes should insert easily into sleeves. Placing a note in a sleeve that is too small may result in damage to the note. Remove all other packaging before placing a note in a sleeve. Do not cut, tape, staple or glue sleeves as that may damage a note.

• Place only one note in a sleeve.

• If you have 20 notes, they need to be numbered from 1 to 20, (1, 2, 3…) preferably in alphabetic order, or in your preferred order, eg. 1. Australia, 2. Belgium, 3. Canada… and so on. Each note needs to have provided a correct catalog number., Pick# xxx or any other catalog reference, failure to do this our charge is a fee of $5/pc for the extra additional research work.

• You may include up to 50 notes/submission tier, eg. 50 notes for a Economy tier, or 50 notes for a Standard tier. If you have more than 50 notes for the same tier, use multiple submission forms as needed, eg. 500 notes in Economy requires 10 submissions.

• Verify that your notes meet the value and type requirements for the selected tier. Any discrepancies may result in the delay of your submission. If notes are submitted for tiers or services for which they do not qualify, PMG will correct the order and charge any additional conservation, grading or services fees that may apply and we have to send you an additional invoice for this!

• Do not mix raw and holdered notes on one submission form, also US/World coins cannot be mixed, do not mix tiers either!

• Package your notes in the order that they are listed/numbered on the submission form then place them in a large flat hard envelope which cannot be bent or similar which can be opened easily by us!

• After you have numbered and packed your notes you need to fill in the submission form on the next page. Please verify that the entered data is correct, the easiest is to write each note in the following format: eg. 1. Albania, Cat#, 1926, 5F, or 5 Franga, 2. France, Cat#, 1852, 5F or 5 Francs, (alphabetical and chronological order). When you have finalized the submission, please click the submit button - a copy of the form will be email to us and a copy to you. You need to print this form and include along your submission; each form needs to be added to the correct submission if you should have multiple submissions/tiers.

Add-on services, please see below explanations:

• ReGrade: If you believe that the grade of an PMG-certified holder should be higher, you may submit the coin under the ReGrade service to be reviewed for a higher grade. The note must still be sealed in its PMG holder. Notes are graded according to PMG’s grading standards, and a higher grade is not guaranteed. However, the original PMG grade at the time of submission is covered by the PMG Guarantee. Choose a grading tier according to the notes’s value and desired turnaround time. The grading fee still applies even if a higher grade is not received. Notes submitted for ReGrade will be removed from their PMG holder by PMG staff and encapsulated with a new PMG holder, label and certification number even if the grade doesn’t change.

• Other add-on services, such as Early Releases, Special Label, Variety, Re-holder, PMG Oversized Holder, Pedigree are all extra services which are mentioned in the price list on the previous page, these prices are pr/note and if you wish such services, you need to indicate this in the submission form on the next page!
